PM Modi Congratulates Hakainde Hichilema on Re-election as Zambia President

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Hakainde Hichilema on his re-election as the President of Zambia. In a social media message, Modi highlighted the close and friendly relationship between India and Zambia.
