A pure vegetarian restaurant, a menu that is not restricted to a particular cuisine, perfect ambience for a family meal and of course the large portions; yes, that is crème center for all you vegetarian foodies. A restaurant that can easily satisfy the variety craving of your taste buds! It is hard to be rational when writing about Crème Centre as this is one place that captured the hearts all the thirteen members of our group.

With items ranging form North Indian to Mexican, Continental to Lebanese.  Every item in the menu has its distinct taste.  The Nachos with a creamy cheese sauce, onion rings and the starter platter which include a baby corn fry, cheese ball was a sight on every second table. Try the sauce that accompanies the baby corn fry! Be sure of the items you order as the portions are large and don’t let your tummy get filled up only by starters.

The highlight items of the main course would be the Channa Bhathura- a big size Bhathura with a perfectly prepared channa masala. In mood for some sizzler, try out their Panneer and vegetable Shaslik sizzler. In fact all the sizzlers on card are out of the world. You cannot avoid licking your fingers after a happy meal. Enchiladas and chats an item to satisfy your frame of mind. The variety of desserts is narrow. Don’t miss the sizzling brownie. An overwhelm of dark chocolate syrup on a sizzler platter, never mind if many plunge into one plate, it will surely add on to the taste.

I personally prefer the restaurant in R.A Puram near park Sheraton for their ambience to the one in college road. I wonder if the place was a bungalow converted to restaurant. The trees which lines avenue is an amazing sight to see! This place can score above average rating even from a hard core non-vegetarian eater. The interiors are made with an elegant touch.

Decide to dine here only when you are in full hungry mode, to completely enjoy the variety and taste. The pricing is on the higher side but you’ll not regret even a second after the meal. The only negative aspect is that there is no concept of table reservation:  uniform first come first serve is followed. Well, I think that can also be qualified as welcome idea, Wait to get the best!
