‘Ravindra Jadeja Shares Emotional Journey from CSK to RR’

Ravindra Jadeja, a key player for Rajasthan Royals (RR), shared how it felt to leave Chennai Super Kings (CSK) after many successful years. He called the decision emotional but said he has accepted it as part of his journey. Jadeja expressed joy in returning to RR, where he started his IPL career and won his first title. He is approaching this new phase with a positive mindset, aiming to both learn from and share his experience with the team.

Jadeja began his IPL journey with RR in 2008, winning the title that season. Later, he became an important part of CSK after joining them in 2012. He played a crucial role in CSK’s victories in 2018, 2021, and 2023, excelling as a batsman, bowler, and fielder.

Before the 2026 IPL season, Jadeja returned to RR through a significant trade deal with CSK. Alongside Sam Curran, he joined RR as part of this deal, while Sanju Samson moved to CSK. In his first match for RR against CSK, Jadeja proved effective, taking two important wickets.

In the recent match between RR and CSK, Jadeja’s strong bowling, along with contributions from Jofra Archer and Nandre Burger, helped RR secure an eight-wicket win. Vaibhav Suryavanshi also played a key role in the victory, showing why RR is a force to be reckoned with this season.
