Vijay Claims Real Congress Supports TVK

In Madurai, TVK president Vijay made strong statements during an election rally held in Tirunelveli on Wednesday.

Vijay claimed that the “real Congress” is supporting his party, TVK. He also alleged that the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam has kept the Tamil Nadu Congress Committee in its alliance by using money power.

He said that M. K. Stalin spent several crores to keep the Tamil Nadu Congress with his party. Vijay added that even though DMK has the official Congress unit, the “real Congress supporters” are with TVK.

These comments were made as part of his campaign speech, where he criticized rival parties and tried to show that his party has strong support.

The statement has added more tension to the political scene in Tamil Nadu as elections approach, with leaders making sharp remarks against each other.
