Amit Shah Holds Roadshow in Mylapore
On a hot weekend evening in Chennai, a large crowd gathered as Amit Shah, a senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), began a roadshow in Mylapore. The event was part of his campaign for candidates contesting in the upcoming Assembly elections in the state.
At around 7:00 pm on Sunday, Amit Shah stood in a campaign vehicle and waved to the public as supporters cheered and shouted slogans like “Bharat Mata Ki Jai.” Many people lined the streets to see him and show their support.
Several candidates also joined the roadshow. Tamilisai Soundararajan, the BJP candidate from Mylapore, was present. Along with her, B. Valarmathi, who is contesting from Thousand Lights, and M. K. Ashok, the Velachery candidate, also greeted the crowd.
The leaders waved to people as the roadshow passed near the famous Kapaleeshwarar Temple. The event created a lively atmosphere in the area, with many residents coming out to watch the campaign.
The roadshow is part of ongoing election activities as political parties reach out to voters ahead of the polls.
