Vaiko Questions Tamil Nadu Exit Polls

MDMK Member of Parliament Vaiko has expressed doubts about the accuracy of exit polls for the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.

Speaking to ANI in Chennai, Vaiko said that exit poll predictions are not fully reliable because different surveys are showing very different results.

According to him, some polls suggest that the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) will win the elections, while others predict victory for the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK).

Vaiko pointed out that because these surveys give conflicting predictions, it is difficult to trust them completely.

He said that the real outcome of the election will only be clear when the official counting of votes is completed and the final results are announced.

His comments reflect the uncertainty surrounding the election as political parties and voters wait for the actual results.

Vaiko’s statement also highlights that exit polls should be viewed carefully, as they may not always accurately represent the final decision of the people.
