Over One Million Evacuated as Typhoon Dolphin Hits Eastern China

Chinese authorities have moved more than one million people from parts of eastern China as Typhoon Dolphin approaches the region. The large evacuation was carried out as officials prepared for heavy rain, strong winds and possible flooding.
