Jus’ Onco Opens Its 6th Centre in OMR, Bringing Expert Cancer Care Closer to Chennai
Jus’ Onco, a cancer-care initiative focused on making quality oncology treatment more accessible and affordable, today announced the opening of its 6th centre in OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road), Chennai.
The clinic was inaugurated by Actor Nassar, President of South Indian Nadigar Sangam, in presence of Dr Nirmala Jayashankar, Senior Consultant, OBS & GYN, Apollo Hospitals, Chennai, and Dr Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, Director, Head of Oncology dept., Utkal Hospitals, Bhubaneswar. The Cancer Survivors were invited as guests for the occasion.
The new centre brings expert cancer care closer to patients and families across OMR, including Sholinganallur, Navalur, Siruseri and surrounding communities, helping reduce the burden of repeated travel for cancer treatment and follow-ups.
Daycare Chemotherapy, Closer to Home
The OMR centre follows a dedicated daycare oncology model, enabling appropriate cancer treatments without an overnight hospital stay, wherever clinically suitable.
The centre will provide daycare chemotherapy supported by a well-trained and experienced team of chemotherapy nurses, along with:
* Immunotherapy
* Targeted therapy
* Oncology consultations and follow-up care
* Continuing treatment support under specialist supervision
All treatments are provided based on individual clinical evaluation and the recommendation of the treating medical team.
Speaking about the launch, Dr. Vijayalakshmi Balakrishnan, Founder & Director, Jus’ Onco, said:
