Dilip Kumar Once “Slapped” Shah Rukh Khan

Dilip Kumar and Shah Rukh Khan had a very close relationship, much

Devdas for Sanjay Leela Bhansali — a role made famous by Dilip Kumar
in 1955 — he went to meet Dilip Kumar to ask for guidance and learn how
to bring the same strong emotions to the character.
Saira Banu often called Shah Rukh their “child,” and SRK continued
visiting Dilip Kumar regularly until his last days. However, many
