Madras High Court Dismisses Jana Nayagan Case
The Madras High Court has dismissed the case related to the film “Jana Nayagan.” The court allowed the producers to withdraw the case, clearing the way for the next steps. The order was passed by Justice P.T. Asha.
With this decision, all legal hurdles regarding the censorship issue have been removed. The film can now proceed with the re-examination process for the censor certificate.
The main decision by the court was to allow the case to be withdrawn and dismiss it. The film team had already informed the court that they had approached the re-examination committee to get the censor certificate.
According to Nakkheeran, the case is now officially closed, and the film team can move forward without any court-related obstacles. This clears the path for the release process of “Jana Nayagan.”
