Zayn Malik Officially Rejoins One Direction Company

Zayn Malik may have joined One Direction again, ten years after leaving the band.
New business documents show that the Pillowtalk singer
has been added again as a director of One Direction’s company, PPM Music
Limited, according to The Sun. This quiet but important change suggests
Zayn may be reconnecting with his former bandmates, especially after the
recent death of Liam Payne.
Documents filed on November 3 show that Zayn is now listed as an Active
Director of PPM Music Limited. He is also marked as a Person with
Significant Control (PSC), which means he has an important role and
influence in the company.
This is a big change because Zayn’s earlier role as director was removed
in June 2016, about a year after he left the group in 2015.
Zayn’s name is now listed with the other One Direction members — Harry
Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan — who are also directors of the
company. They all use the same official address at Lee and Thompson LLP,
a well-known law firm in London. The same firm also worked on Liam Payne’s
solo career.
