Combined Botox and Hyaluronic Acid Shrinks Acne Pores
If you’ve ever struggled with acne, you probably know the frustration.
Even after the breakouts go away, the pores often remain visible. No matter
how much skincare you use, it can feel like nothing fully fixes them.
Now, a recent study suggests there may be a better way to tackle acne-related
enlarged pores. Instead of using a single treatment, combining botulinum toxin
A (commonly known as Botox) with hyaluronic acid could be more effective.
Botulinum toxin A helps by relaxing the tiny muscles around pores, reducing
their appearance. Hyaluronic acid, on the other hand, hydrates and plumps the
skin, giving it a smoother texture.
Researchers found that using both treatments together improved pore size and
skin texture more effectively than using either one alone. This combination
could offer a smarter, longer-lasting solution for people who have struggled
with enlarged pores after acne.
This new approach may give acne survivors more confidence in their skin while
reducing the appearance of stubborn pores.
