Butter Chicken Kathi Roll is a tasty snack for butter chicken lovers. It’s easy to make and perfect when you are hungry.
Ingredients:
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 cup Yogurt
Salt to taste
4–6 Parathas
Sliced Onions (optional)
Sliced Tomatoes (optional)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (for garnish)
How to Make Butter Chicken Kathi Roll:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add minced garlic and ginger paste and cook for 1 more minute.
In a bowl, mix garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric, and cumin powder.
Reduce the heat to low, then add yogurt. Stir to coat the chicken evenly and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender.
Warm the parathas on a tawa or pan. Place a spoonful of the butter chicken mixture in the center.
Top with sliced onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves. Fold the sides of the paratha to make a roll.
