Kimchi Boosts Immune Health, Study Finds

A recent clinical trial suggests that eating kimchi may help control an overactive immune system and improve overall immunity.

The World Institute of Kimchi shared the study results, which were published in npj Science of Food. The study showed that kimchi not only helps gut health but also strengthens the immune system.

Kimchi is a traditional Korean food made from fermented vegetables and is popular worldwide for its health benefits. Earlier studies have shown that fermented vegetables like kimchi can improve gut bacteria, reduce symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and help with weight loss.
