BJP Fails to Tackle Inflation and Unemployment: Akhilesh Yadav Criticizes Governance

Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav has criticized the BJP governments in Uttar Pradesh and at the national level for failing to address major issues like inflation, unemployment, and poor governance. Instead of focusing on solutions, he claims they rely on propaganda and event-driven politics.

Speaking to media, Yadav highlighted that under BJP rule, people are struggling to meet basic needs, such as accessing cooking gas. He questioned the government’s ability to handle rising costs and supply shortages, pointing out that changes in LPG cylinder availability have not been matched with proper planning.

Yadav also criticized the BJP for making decisions that harm citizens’ daily lives. He called for an investigation into recent agreements signed by the state government, accusing them of partnering with companies that lack financial stability to create a false image of growth.

On technology, Yadav emphasized India’s potential in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for agriculture, particularly for improving crop yields and predicting market trends. However, he claimed the government has failed to support this sector adequately.

Yadav accused the BJP of spending too much on negative campaigns against opponents instead of focusing on governance. He also said India has missed opportunities to strengthen its international position due to poor economic and diplomatic policies under the current government.

Additionally, Yadav criticized the state government for rising conflicts between humans and wild animals, blaming deforestation and illegal mining for pushing animals into populated areas, leading to attacks on villagers. He mentioned that several lives have been lost in districts like Sitapur while authorities remain inactive.
