Bucks Beat Mavericks 123-99 to End Losing Streak

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Ryan Rollins scored 24 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and dished out nine assists. Kyle Kuzma added 20 points as the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Dallas Mavericks 123-99 on Tuesday night. This win snapped a four-game losing streak for the Bucks.

Milwaukee entered the game with a 30-45 record, having lost 14 of their last 17 games. They extended their winning streak against the Mavericks to eight straight victories. The Bucks led 65-51 at halftime, with Rollins scoring 17 points and Kuzma contributing 16 in the first half.

In the second half, Milwaukee dominated with sharp shooting, making 11 of their first 22 three-point attempts. A key moment came when Rollins hit a jumper with 6:26 left in the fourth quarter, giving the Bucks a commanding 31-point lead at 115-84.

AJ Green added 17 points off the bench for Milwaukee, while Gary Trent Jr. scored 13 and Pete Nance added 11. Myles Turner chipped in with 10 points. For Dallas, Cooper Flagg recorded 19 points and 10 rebounds for his 12th double-double of the season. Brandon Williams scored 12 of his 18 points in the first half, and John Poulakidas had a season-high 11.

Dallas’ Daniel Gafford left the game late in the third quarter after injuring his right elbow while trying to block a dunk by Rollins. The Mavericks have now lost their last four games in Milwaukee and five of the last six matchups.

The game was originally scheduled for Jan. 25 but was postponed due to a snowstorm in Dallas. Next, the Mavericks will host the Orlando Magic on Friday, while the Bucks travel to Houston on Wednesday.
