“Hyderabad’s Aman Rao Hits Record Vijay Hazare Century”

Hyderabad’s Aman Rao made history on Tuesday by scoring a double century in just his third List A match. The match was against Bengal in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy.

Opening the innings for Hyderabad, Aman played an extraordinary innings, dominating even India’s experienced fast bowlers Mohammed Shami and Akash Deep. While other batsmen struggled and wickets kept falling, Aman kept scoring freely, showing great skill and confidence at the Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot.

Aman built a 104-run partnership for the first wicket with Rahul Singh Gahlaut, followed by another 87-run stand for the second wicket with Tilak Varma. His performance was praised for its consistency, power, and ability to handle top-quality bowling, making him one of the standout performers in the tournament.

This innings not only helped Hyderabad post a strong total but also marked Aman Rao as one of India’s brightest young cricket talents.
