Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Kurukshetra tomorrow evening to take part
in a special event marking the 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
At the event, he will release a special coin and a commemorative stamp in honour
of the Guru. The Central Government is observing a year-long celebration to
remember this important occasion.

During his visit, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate a new building named
Panchjanya, which is designed to represent the sacred conch of Lord Krishna.
Later in the evening, Mr. Modi will visit Brahma Sarovar, one of India’s most
holy pilgrimage places, where he will offer Darshan and Pooja.

His visit comes at the same time as the International Gita Mahotsav, which is
being held in Kurukshetra from November 15 to December 5.
