PM Promises Action as Delhi Blast Kills 13

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Tuesday (November 11, 2025) that the people
behind the Delhi blast will be punished and that the investigation teams will
uncover the truth. The number of deaths from the explosion has gone up to 13.
Government sources told The Hindu that the person inside the car that exploded
on the evening of November 10, 2025, was likely Dr. Umar from Pulwama, Jammu and
Kashmir. Delhi Police have registered a case under the Unlawful Activities
(Prevention) Act and the Explosives Act.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah held a top-level security meeting after the blast.
He said that every possible lead is being checked and a complete investigation
will be done.
