Portugal Win First Ever U-17 World Cup

Portugal won the FIFA Under-17 World Cup for the first time after beating
Austria 1–0 in the final held at the Khalifa International Stadium in Al
Rayyan, Qatar.

The only goal of the match was scored in the 32nd minute by Anisio Cabral.
His strong, accurate shot gave Portugal the lead. Austria tried hard to score
and had a few chances, but Portugal’s solid defence and confident goalkeeper
stopped every attempt.

This win is a big moment for Portugal, a country well known for training
talented young football players. Even though Portugal has a strong history
in youth football, this is the first time their Under-17 team has won the
World Cup.

Fans across Portugal celebrated proudly. The young team impressed everyone
with their skill, teamwork, and determination throughout the tournament.
Many believe these players will grow into future stars for the national team.
