“Real Estate CEO Arrested in Greater Noida Death”

The Uttar Pradesh Police on Tuesday arrested the CEO of real estate company MZ Wiztown Planners in connection with the death of Yuvraj Mehta, a 27-year-old software engineer. Yuvraj died after his car fell into a water-filled pit at Sector 150 in Greater Noida, leading to his drowning.

According to police officials, the accident is suspected to have occurred due to poor safety measures at the construction site. The pit was reportedly left open without proper warning signs or barricades, which may have caused the car to plunge into it.

The tragic incident has sparked public outrage and raised serious questions about construction safety and negligence in the area. Following the incident, authorities launched an investigation to find out who was responsible for the unsafe conditions.

Police said the arrest was made as part of efforts to hold those responsible accountable. Further investigation is underway, and officials have said more action may be taken based on the findings of the probe.

The incident has once again highlighted the need for strict safety norms at construction sites to prevent such accidents and protect public lives.
