Russia-Ukraine Drone Strikes Kill Five Overnight

Russia and Ukraine carried out drone attacks on each other overnight, killing at
least five people.

In Kyiv, officials said a “massive” Russian drone attack early Tuesday killed at
least two people and injured six. The strike also hit two residential buildings,
causing fires and cutting electricity and water in some areas.

On the other side, Russian officials said a Ukrainian attack in the Rostov region
killed at least three people.

These new attacks happened shortly after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky
welcomed proposed changes to the 28-point US peace plan meant to help end the war
with Russia.
