Stalin Urges Workers to Speed Up SIR Drive

Chief Minister MK Stalin has asked DMK booth committee workers to
speed up their work on the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the
voter list, as the deadline is getting close.
Speaking to booth workers in Kolathur on Friday, he also criticised
the AIADMK for supporting the SIR exercise and said the party would
soon become a minor political group. He reminded workers that only
15 days are left to finish the voter-verification process and urged
them to work without delay.
Stalin told the workers to visit every booth, help people fill out
the voter-enumeration form, and act as a link between Booth Level
Officers (BLOs) and voters. He said, “Usually, booth workers are
responsible for winning elections, but this time they have an
extra duty—to make sure people get their voting rights.” He asked
them to guide anyone who does not understand how to fill the
voter-enrolment form.
