Five people who were arrested for the murder of BSP leader K. Armstrong,
including the main accused, Ashwathaman, were released from jail on Wednesday.
A court granted conditional bail to a total of 12 people in connection with
the case. Conditional bail means the accused are allowed to leave jail but
must follow certain rules set by the court, such as appearing before the
police regularly or not leaving a specific area.
The murder of K. Armstrong had caused widespread outrage, and police had
arrested several people linked to the crime. The investigation into the
case is still continuing as authorities work to find out more details
