“Vande Bharat Sleeper Train Clears High-Speed Trial”

Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said that the upcoming Vande Bharat Sleeper train completed a successful trial run on Tuesday. The test was conducted by the Commissioner of Railway Safety.

Mr. Vaishnaw shared a video of the trial on social media and said the train was tested on the Kota–Nagda route. During the trial, the train ran at a speed of 180 kilometres per hour.

To show how smooth and stable the train is, glasses filled with water were kept inside the coach. Even at this high speed, the water did not spill or move. The minister said this test proved the advanced technology, strong design, and comfort of the new Vande Bharat Sleeper train.
