Vijay Faces Divorce Petition from Wife

Vijay, who is also the chief of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), is reportedly facing a difficult personal situation. According to news agency PTI, his wife Sangeetha Sornalingam has filed a divorce petition in the district court of Chengalpattu. The petition reportedly mentions allegations of infidelity.

Vijay’s father, veteran director S. A. Chandrasekhar, had also earlier mentioned in an interview with NewsGlitz that while Vijay did not always listen to others, he deeply respected Sangeetha’s feedback. He said that she observed Vijay’s work very carefully and gave him honest suggestions.
