Value 360 Communications Limited announced today that it has received an in-principle approval from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) for the listing of its equity shares on the Emerge Platform of NSE (NSE Emerge), subject to the Company meeting all regulatory requirements and completing the necessary formalities. The in-principle approval marks an important regulatory milestone following the filing of the Company’s Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). This approval does not represent a confirmation of the issue, nor does it indicate any approval of the securities offered. Final approval will be subject to the Company filing the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), Prospectus and fulfilling all conditions prescribed by NSE and SEBI.
