Apple iPhone Fold: Most Expensive Phone Yet

Apple is preparing to launch its first foldable phone, called the iPhone Fold. Reports say the company plans to enter the foldable smartphone market next year. According to Fubon Research, this could be the most expensive iPhone ever made.

The iPhone Fold may cost around $2,399 (about Rs 2,15,000) in the US. This would make it not only the priciest iPhone but also the most expensive foldable smartphone. For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 launched at $1,999 (around Rs 1,78,000) in the US. This shows Apple will charge a premium for its foldable device.

If the iPhone Fold launches in India, the price is expected to be even higher, as is usually the case with iPhones.
