Nothing’s CMF Becomes Independent Company in India

The London-based technology company Nothing has officially registered its sub-brand CMF as a separate company in India. CMF focuses on budget and mid-range tech products and plans to serve customers in global markets from India.

The company completed its registration on December 23, 2025, and will now be called CMF India Private Limited.
