Devon Conway Ends Three-Year CSK Stint

Opener Devon Conway has announced that he is leaving Chennai Super Kings
(CSK), ending his three-year time with the five-time IPL champions. He shared
this news just a few hours before the IPL 2026 retention deadline on November 15.

Conway joined CSK for ₹1 crore before the 2022 season. His first season under
MS Dhoni was not very impressive, but in 2023 he became one of the team’s top
performers. He scored 672 runs in 16 matches and played a big role in helping
CSK win their fifth IPL title.
