Black Box Recovered After Fatal Baramati Crash

The Civil Aviation Ministry has said that the black box of the ill-fated aircraft involved in a deadly crash in Baramati has been recovered. The accident claimed the lives of five people on board.

Officials said that all emergency response and investigation procedures were started immediately after the crash. Rescue teams and aviation authorities quickly reached the spot to assess the situation and begin their work.

According to the Ministry, a team of three officers from the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) in Delhi travelled to the crash site. Another team of three officers from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Mumbai Regional Office also joined the investigation.

The Director General of the AAIB personally visited the site on the same day to oversee the probe.

The recovery of the black box is an important step in the investigation. The device records flight data and cockpit voice conversations. It helps experts understand what happened in the final moments before the crash and find out the cause of the accident.

Authorities said further analysis of the black box will be carried out to determine the exact reason for the crash. More details are expected after the investigation is completed.
