IUML MLA Condemns Cleric’s Remarks but Defends Right to Express

Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) MLA Fathima Thahaliya has spoken about recent comments by Kanthapuram that have drawn criticism for being offensive towards women. Thahaliya said she personally does not agree with the cleric’s remarks, but also stressed the importance of protecting the right to express different opinions.
