Staying Active Daytime Boosts Brain Health

Scientists say that while more research is needed, maintaining a regular sleep schedule could be an important step in protecting brain health as people age. Good sleep habits, such as going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, may help reduce the risk of future cognitive decline.
