APCC President Sharmila Criticizes YSRCP Government Over Price Rise

Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president Y.S. Sharmila released a document titled ‘Nava Sandehalu’ (nine doubts) questioning the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) government’s failure to curb price rise in the state. Sharmila demanded an explanation from Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy regarding the government’s inaction to alleviate the financial burden on the common people amidst rising prices.

She criticized the government for reneging on its promise to establish a price stabilization fund and accused it of burdening consumers with increased power tariffs and fuel prices. Sharmila also highlighted the adverse impact of the government’s policies on various sectors, including agriculture, education, and construction, emphasizing the need for a change in leadership to address these issues effectively.
