Chennai Police Apprehends History-Sheeter for Murdering Friend
In a swift operation, the Selaiyur police in Chennai apprehended a 37-year-old history-sheeter as he attempted to flee on a two-wheeler along the Avadi-Red Hills Road. The arrest came following the confession of the suspect, K. Vinoth, who admitted to murdering his friend, C. Kumar, during a drunken altercation.
Vinoth informed the police about the crime, leading to the discovery of Kumar’s body on Agaram Main Road in Pathuvanchery. Despite Vinoth’s attempt to escape, law enforcement managed to intercept and detain him, while his accomplice, Vicky, evaded capture.
