Congress Candidate Promises Development Manifesto for Mysuru

Congress candidate for Mysuru Lok Sabha constituency, M. Lakshman, has pledged to unveil a comprehensive manifesto for the development of Mysuru. Addressing campaign gatherings across various wards of the Mysuru City Corporation falling under Chamundeshwari assembly constituency, Lakshman assured the public of releasing the manifesto soon after discussions with Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and other party leaders.

Highlighting the Congress’s track record of fulfilling promises, Lakshman emphasized the implementation of previous guarantee schemes and reiterated the party’s commitment to welfare initiatives, including job creation and financial assistance to poor families. He underscored Siddaramaiah’s contributions to Mysuru’s development and contrasted his accessibility with that of his opponent, Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar. Lakshman’s campaign was accompanied by prominent party figures, including MUDA chairman Marigowda and Mysuru District Congress Committee president B.J. Vijaykumar.
