CtrlS Datacenters Limited Donates ₹2 Crore to Vandalur Zoo for Infrastructure Development
In a generous gesture, CtrlS Datacenters Limited, a Hyderabad-based company, has contributed ₹2 crore to the Arignar Anna Zoological Park (AAZP) in Vandalur. The donation, handed over by the company’s Managing Director, Rajiv Trivedi, and Chief Information Officer, Anil Nama, aims to support the zoo’s infrastructure development.
The Arignar Anna Zoological Park, recognized as a qualified entity for funding under Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) schemes, welcomed the substantial contribution.
The allocated funds are earmarked for the construction of a rainwater channel in the additional car parking area. This initiative aims to address concerns of flooding during rain and simultaneously contribute to groundwater recharge, reflecting a commendable commitment to both environmental sustainability and the enhancement of visitor facilities at the zoo.
