Deputy Commissioner of Police Adhiraj Singh Rana, accompanied by Central Zone Assistant Commissioner of Police P. Bhaskar Rao, conducted inspections at gun stores within the NTR Commissionerate, emphasizing strict adherence to record-keeping protocols. Mr. Rana meticulously verified stock positions, sales, inventory, and records, urging shopkeepers to maintain comprehensive documentation and submit it to relevant police officers.

Under the directives of Police Commissioner Kanthi Rana Tata, thorough checks are being conducted across all gun stores in the commissionerate to ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, measures have been implemented to monitor the proper use of licensed weapons provided to banks and other entities, with instructions for regular inspections by Station House Officers and vigilant oversight by Machavaram CI B. Guna Ramu.
