Disruptive Passenger Offloaded from Air India Express Flight in Bengaluru
A passenger was offloaded from an Air India Express flight bound for Goa from Bengaluru after he misbehaved with cabin crew during the boarding process. The airline’s spokesperson stated that the passenger’s inappropriate behavior led to his immediate offloading, and a complaint was filed with the Bengaluru Airport Police Station.
The airline also initiated actions in accordance with its disruptive passenger handling policy and relevant safety regulations.
