Dubai Ruler Marks 20 Years As UAE PM

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and the Ruler of Dubai, marked the 20th anniversary of becoming Prime Minister on this day in 2006.
