Enhanced Train Services for KCBT Connectivity

Southern Railway has announced the extension of 10 suburban train services from Tambaram to Guduvanchery, effective February 26, to improve connectivity with Kalaignar Centenary Bus Terminus (KCBT) in Kilambakkam.

Five train services from Chennai Beach to Tambaram will now operate till Guduvanchery, departing Chennai Beach at 7:20 p.m., 8:15 p.m., 8:45 p.m., 8:55 p.m., and 9:40 p.m. Conversely, trains from Guduvanchery to Chennai Beach will depart at 8:55 p.m., 9:45 p.m., 10:10 p.m., 10:25 p.m., and 11:20 p.m., facilitating smoother transit for commuters bound for KCBT.
