Former Telangana CM KCR Requires Hip Replacement Following Fall at Farmhouse
Former Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), who suffered a hip fracture due to a fall at his farmhouse, will undergo hip replacement, according to doctors at Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad. KCR fell in the bathroom at his Erravalli farmhouse on Thursday night and was admitted to Yashoda Hospital.
The health bulletin from the hospital mentioned that the evaluation, including CT scans, revealed a left hip fracture requiring replacement. The usual recovery time for such cases is expected to be six to eight weeks, and KCR is under constant monitoring by a multidisciplinary medical team. His general condition is reported as stable.
