IndiGo and Air India Offer One-Time Waiver for Passengers Due to G20 Summit

Following Air India’s announcement, IndiGo has also offered a one-time waiver of applicable charges for passengers holding tickets from September 8 to 11 who wish to change their travel date or flight due to enhanced security restrictions in New Delhi during the G20 Summit. The airline stated that passengers can reschedule or cancel their flights with refunds.

With the G20 Summit scheduled for September 9 and 10, traffic police have recommended that travelers heading to the airport during this period utilize Metro services, particularly the Airport Express Line connecting New Delhi Station to Dwarka Sector 21 Station via IGI Airport Terminal-3.
