LPG Cylinder Blast in Bengaluru Injures Six and Damages Houses

A significant LPG cylinder blast occurred in Bengaluru, resulting in injuries to at least six individuals and damaging five houses. The incident, which took place in Lal Bahadur Shastri Layout in Yelahanka, led to critical conditions for two injured persons, who were subsequently transferred to Victoria Hospital. The remaining injured individuals are receiving treatment at Yelahanka government hospital.

The explosion originated from a cylinder stored at a residence, causing substantial damage to neighboring houses. The victims have been identified as Wasiya Banu, Salma, Shaheed, Asma, Afroj, with the identity of the sixth person yet to be determined. Yelahanka New Town police are actively investigating the incident to determine its cause.
