Nawaz Sharif Books Flight Ticket to Return to Pakistan

Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, the leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N), has reportedly booked a flight ticket to return to Pakistan after his extended stay in London. Sharif left for London in December 2019 on medical grounds with a four-week travel permission from the Lahore High Court.

Sources indicate that he is scheduled to return on October 21 via a connecting flight, landing at Abu Dhabi International Airport from London before departing for Lahore on the same day. His business class ticket for Flight 243 of a private airline has reportedly been booked in advance, with an expected arrival time in Lahore at 6:25 p.m. on October 21. Speculation about a potential change in travel plans arose earlier but was refuted by his brother, Shehbaz Sharif.
