PM Modi Vows to Return Money Looted from Poor in Bengal
Prime Minister Narendra Modi reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring that funds “looted” from the poor in West Bengal are returned to them, as per a telephonic conversation with Amrita Roy, a BJP candidate. Modi emphasized exploring legal avenues to return assets and money attached by the Enforcement Directorate from corrupt individuals.
He underscored the BJP’s dedication to eradicating corruption while criticizing the alliance of corrupt entities protecting each other. Expressing confidence in West Bengal’s embrace of “Parivartan” (change), Modi highlighted the BJP’s focus on combating corruption as a key electoral strategy in the state.
