Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi Express Condolences Over Mizoram Bridge Collapse

Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi and Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi expressed their deep sorrow over the tragic loss of lives in Mizoram’s under-construction railway bridge collapse. Rahul Gandhi conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and wished a speedy recovery to the injured. He urged Congress workers to contribute to relief and rescue efforts.

Priyanka Gandhi also offered her condolences to the families who lost their loved ones and wished a swift recovery for the injured. The bridge collapse in Mizoram resulted in the deaths of at least 26 people and injuries to several others. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had previously announced financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh from PMNRF to the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 for the injured.
