Security Search in J&K’s Poonch Forests After Suspicious Activity

Security forces have launched a large search operation in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district after a guard at a construction site noticed suspicious movement near an under-construction tunnel.

The incident took place in the Mendhar sector, where the guard became alert after seeing unusual activity in the area. As a precaution, he fired three to four shots in the direction of the suspected movement.

According to officials, no one was injured and there was no reported damage during the incident.
