Wife and Lover Arrested in Bengaluru for Murdering Husband and Staging Heart Attack

In a disturbing incident in Bengaluru, a woman named Nandini Bai has been arrested on charges of murdering her 30-year-old husband, Venkata Nayak, along with her lover, Nitish Kumar. The HSR Layout police station reported the crime, revealing that Nandini had invited Nitish to her home on January 9 while Venkata was away.

However, Venkata returned unexpectedly, catching the two in the act and sparking an argument. In the heat of the quarrel, Nandini and Nitish allegedly attacked Venkata with a stone, leading to his death. To conceal the crime, they placed the stone near the toilet, and Nandini called the police, claiming her husband had died of a heart attack.

Initial investigations considered it an unnatural death, but the post-mortem report unveiled the murder. Nandini confessed to the crime during police interrogation, and it was revealed that she and Nitish, childhood friends from Andhra Pradesh, were having an affair. Nitish frequently visited Nandini when her husband was away, ultimately leading to this tragic incident.
