India Will Be Developed Before 2047: VP
Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan said that India will become a developed nation much earlier than 2047. He was speaking at the convocation ceremony of Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute University in Chennai on Wednesday.
During his address, the Vice President said that India is moving fast on the path of growth and will soon become the world’s third-largest economy. He encouraged students to continue learning even after completing their university education. He said that gaining knowledge should be a lifelong process.
He also pointed out that rapid changes in technology are transforming every field. Students, he said, must adapt to these changes and keep updating their skills to succeed in the future.
At the convocation, the Vice President awarded degrees to top rank holders in various disciplines. Tamil Nadu Health Minister Ma. Subramanian, BJP state president Nainar Nagendran, and the Chancellor of the university, Dr. A.C. Shanmugham, also addressed the gathering.
Thousands of students received their degrees at the event, marking an important milestone in their academic journey.
